UAE mediates new prisoner exchange between Russia, Ukraine
This is the third successful mediation by the Emirates that resulted in the release of captives
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) stated on Wednesday that it has successfully mediated another prisoner swap between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine.
The success of the latest mediation efforts, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is indicative of the UAE's standing as a reliable international partner, particularly with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine, which has led to the release of prisoners from both sides.
The Ministry conveyed gratitude to the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine for their assistance and responsiveness to the UAE's mediation in ensuring the success of the exchange procedure.
